Our Team

Elliot Hamilton

Elliot blends 15 years managing Skatepark projects, a background in BMX and a newfound perspective as a girl-skater Dad, to lead the team towards more inclusive and ambitious projects where everyone, regardless of age, ability, or gender can thrive. Elliot is also our resident sketch wizard, helping to those turn big ideas into reality.

Following 10 years as a film production manager for a multi-national product design company, Harry’s passion for Skateboarding and community led him back to his roots and a fresh start with Wheelscape. Harry has a multi-disciplinary role in sales, CRM, tendering and project management - keeping Wheelscape running like clockwork.

Russ Heideman

A passionate skateboarder, Russ has travelled the world in pursuit of the most inspiring street spots and skateparks, channelling those experiences into his own work as our Lead Designer. Russ enjoys documenting the process in film and photos, hosting opening jams and coaching skate sessions; all efforts that help to activate the spaces he shapes. Russ also founded the Bristol based Two Bit Skate Company.

Harry McKenzie

Fun fact: Russ and Elliot studied creative product design together at university, both graduating with honours in 2010 and landing graduate design roles with Wheelscape. Fast forward 15 years and we’re back together, running the company that gave us our shot!
