LEAD DESIGNER
A passionate skater, Russ has travelled the world in pursuit of inspiring skateparks, street spots and architecture, channelling those experiences into his work as Lead Designer. Russ brings to the table more than 24 years experience as a skateboarder - and over 15 years experience designing skateparks.
Russ enjoys documenting the process in film and photos, hosting opening jams and coaching skate sessions; all efforts that help to activate the spaces he shapes.
PROJECT MANAGER
Following 10 years as a film producer for a multi-national product design company, Harry’s passion for Skateboarding and community led him back to his roots and a fresh start with Wheelscape. Harry has a longstanding relationship with our lead designer Russ, having co-produced a decades worth of Bristol based skate scene videos via their joint venture, Two Bit Skate Co.
Harry has a multi-disciplinary role in sales, CRM, tendering, and project management - keeping Wheelscape running like clockwork.
DESIGNER
Still an architect in training, Lena is an Irish skater who has been involved in the country’s tight knit scene for over 5 years, helping out with community builds, events, and zines. Passionate about all things design, her main interests are inclusive design and tackling social inequalities through better placemaking.
Lena is pushing designs forward as part of Wheelscape’s ever growing team.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Elliot brings 15 years of skatepark design and project management experience, a lifelong background in BMX, and a fresh take as a proud girl-skater dad. He leads the team towards ambitious, inclusive parks where people of all ages, abilities, and genders feel welcome.
As our in-house sketch wizard, Elliot helps to translate big ideas into built reality.
GENERAL MANAGER
A true veteran of the UK skatepark construction scene, Matthew cut his teeth on iconic, early-doors builds like St Georges and the inimitable Dean Lane. He brings his hard-earned wisdom, a mentoring spirit, and a genuine belief in skateparks as vital places for movement, wellbeing, and community.
